THE HOUSE OF PRAYER

The House of Prayer is available for private retreats, church and parish groups and individual day retreats. We also offer a programme of organised retreats, workshops and prayer groups.

The House of Prayer is located near Hampton Court on the Surrey/Middlesex borders. We have six bedrooms including facilities for the disabled, a library, prayer room, lounges and dining room.

The House of Prayer is run by the Sisters of the Christian Retreat. Our aim is:

“To lead people to thoughts of faith and to meditation on the Word of God and on the “Great Truths” about humankind, to spread the Spirit of the Gospel, especially by Spiritual Retreats and Christian education”
