Where have you come from? Where are you going? (Genesis 16:8)
Our lives are shaped by the stories we carry — stories of where we have come from, who we are, and where we sense God may be calling us. This retreat day offers an opportunity to explore these questions through the transformative power of the Enneagram of Harmony. Drawing on the Harmony Triads, we will examine how this ancient wisdom can provide insights into the central questions of origin and destiny, reminiscent of the ones posed to Hagar in Genesis 16. By integrating the wisdom of the three intelligence centres – body, heart and mind – we will gain a fresh perspective on our lives and deeper understanding where God may be leading us. Throughout the day, we'll prioritise spiritual movements and practices, creating a safe, prayerful and inclusive space for you to explore your own story of origin and destiny.
This day can serve as a follow-up to Maria's previous Enneagram retreat day but is also suitable as a stand-alone. Basic knowledge of the Enneagram will be assumed, although we'll cover fundamental elements during the day.
Please bring a packed lunch. Starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm.
