“And makes, O marvellous!
New Nazareths in us,
Where she shall yet conceive
Him, morning, noon, and eve”
(Gerard Manley Hopkins, “The Blessed Virgin compared to the Air we Breathe”)
A quiet morning for anyone who would like to pause in the busyness of December and make space for God. When the angel Gabriel came to Mary, her “yes” opened the way for God to enter the world. Through gentle input, Scripture and poetry, we will reflect on how God may be inviting us to say “yes” this Advent, and how we might make room for Christ to be born in us anew.
Starts at 10am and finishes at 1pm.
Cost: £20
